After living and traveling throughout Italy, writing numerous cookbooks, and lecturing for the Smithsonian, Francine Segan is now joining the Carrabba’s team to help host our new series – La Pasta Vita.

Alongside Chef Jay, Francine brings an incredible wealth of knowledge to our new pasta-centric web series. Incredibly enough, Jay and Francine met in Rome while touring one of Italy’s finest pasta manufacturers! They quickly bonded over a love of all things Italian, and will appear together in our upcoming series – La Pasta Vita.
