For me, nothing says summer like seasonal flavors. That’s why I’m so excited to share a special summer offer that’s only available today through Sunday, June 1st at Carrabba’s! The dish features a 6oz. Sirloin with a side of our Lobster Ravioli for just $12.*

Our steak is Midwest grain-fed choice sirloin cooked over a wood burning grill of oak and pecan wood. Every time we flip the steak we brush it with our signature grill baste made from a blend of hand-chopped herbs. The grill baste imparts flavor and tenderizes at the same time.  It also drips down onto the wood and ignites it providing more smoke and wood grilled flavor. It’s one of the reasons our restaurants smell so good!

The Lobster Ravioli is one of our most popular dishes as well. Its tender ravioli stuffed with lobster and Romano cheese in our white wine cream sauce, topped with diced Roma tomatoes. This dish is the perfect delicate balance to the bold, wood grill flavors of the steak.

Our special this week brings both of these dishes together on one plate so you get the best of both worlds.  By the way, I like to cook my steaks rare to medium rare and right now my mouth is watering just thinking about it! Come in this week for a Carrabba’s-style taste of summer!
