When we came up with our Penne Romano with Grilled Chicken, it was clear it would be a favorite since none of us could stop eating it during our tastings. The combination of sautéed mushrooms, red bell peppers, and our housemade Romano sauce are just right for our penne noodles because of the way it can hold all off these fresh ingredients in the tube. Our Romano sauce is a spin on a traditional Alfredo sauce with roasted garlic and peppercorns. And just like each of our Carrabba’s pasta dishes, we finish in the pan so that the penne, grilled chicken and vegetables can all cook together with the sauce to achieve maximum flavor.
