Healthy Kids Meals at Carrabba’s

August 26, 2014 -

At Carrabba’s, we believe it’s important for the family to gather around the table and share a meal together. We do understand, however, that during the back-to-school hustle and bustle, it can not only be a challenge to find the time to cook a meal for everyone, but also ensure that it’s both delicious and healthful.

That’s why we believe in offering healthful options for adults and kids as well as providing them at a convenience through our Carside Carry-Out service. For adults, we recommend exploring our Under 600 Calories Menu, which offers plenty of delicious Carrabba’s flavors like Chicken Bryan, Sirloin Marsala and Mahi Wulfe served with fresh steamed spinach.

For kids’ meals, we have partnered with the Kids LiveWell program, an initiative of the National Restaurant Association to showcase the restaurant industry’s commitment to offering healthful options for children. On our Carrabba’s Kids Bistro menu, we offer two menu options that meet the guidelines determined by the Kids LiveWell program: Whole-Grain Spaghetti Pomodoro with Spinach and Chicken Breast with a side of steamed spinach or raw carrot sticks. These meals are served with 100% apple juice.

In order to qualify for the KidsLive Well program, our meals must meet three parts, which are outlined below.

  1. Kids LiveWell Nutrition Criteria for Full Kids’ Meals (entrée, side option and beverage):
